PNG, JPG or PDF of the colored masterplan. One per zone if the project is large.
Unit list
Your sales Excel as it is, or the annex data sheet from the kit. AnnexYO finds the unit, plot, type and floor columns, and asks when it is unsure.
Floor plans
One image or PDF per unit type and floor. Named however your team names them.
Different format? AnnexYO maps your columns and names once, then remembers them for the next project.
The input kit
An annex data sheet with only the columns the pages use, and a guide to naming plans and drawings, in English and Arabic.
Both languages carry equal weight.
Arabic titles, clauses and unit names set right to left, with correct numerals and spacing. No broken letters, no reversed words.
Your contracts never leave your workspace.
Annex files are sale contracts. We treat them that way.
A private workspace per account
Every account gets its own sealed folder on the server. No one else on the pilot can open, list or search your projects.
No AI on your files by default
Matching, boundaries and PDFs run on our own engine. Your inventories and plans are not sent to any AI service, and never used for training.
Nothing kept after you leave
Delete a project and every copy of its files is removed from the server. Ask us to close your account and we delete the whole workspace.
Your brand, not ours
Exports carry your header, logo and clauses. AnnexYO only appears as a watermark on trial exports.

No. AnnexYO runs in the browser, so it works on company computers that block downloads. A desktop version is available when your IT team approves it.
